hacking save or open dialog

is there anyway to change any icon of the save or/and open dialog where appears the desktop, my computer shortvut button and change one for the disk 3 1/2 floppy

I think you need Tweakui to change icons at will. They will change in all locations, not just the save/open dialog boxes.
