HACKING EXPRESSIONS

We have site with OPENSCAPE and EXPRESSIONS, it looks like someone is able to HACK the Expressions voicemail and dial out internationally. Has anyone run across this before, and if so what should I be looking for in Expressions.

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

Always set the LCOSV of the Xpressions Trunk/link on the HiPath to 1 (Internal Calls) or to a low number corresponding to a phone that can dial maybe local only.
