Hacked by Zay

I got strange virus last week, in IE it says - Hacked by Zay. At system control panel, my name and organizaton was change. Cannot open Task manager, Run command and all *.exe application open with notepad. With mcafee 8.5 sp1 and mcafee anti spyware the virus still in my system and mcafee can not detect it.
From what I heard first variant of that virus comes from thailand and it show - Hacked by Godzilla at IE.

Is there any anti virus can protect us from that virus?

Thanks for your reply, unfurnatelly this kind of "local" variant virus still remain in our system, no luck with an updated sdat file.
