HA management Server setup

Folks

I have a management server in Newark monitoring enforcement modules in Newark and I have a management server in Chicago managing chicago enforcement modules. Now I would like to setup in HA mode.

My questions are :

(1) Do I need reinstall both management servers from scratch? because both of them are primary .

(2) How do I save my objects and policies on both management servers?

(3) How do I consolidate objects and policies from both management servers ?
