h6340 with Orange ALS SIM

I've just received my new h6300 series iPAQ. From my mobile phone I've inserted my ALS registered SIM card (from Orange).

The problem I've got is that although I can receive calls on the 2nd line, I cannot seem to 'switch' lines. This of course means that I cannot pick up any voicemail on the 2nd line.

Can anyone help please?
