Hi techies

question regarding H4K v3.
what phone will work or supportedin H4K v3? we have openstage 15T/20T/40T and 15HFA/40HFA/60HFA/80HFA
please we need your urgent feedback thanks

The T's should work for sure because they run on SLMO ports like optisets. I think you have to run them in Device Family of Optiset though. STMI I think has been around since V2, but there might be some issues with hardware and software versions of your phones - in the software release notes for HFA it will state what hardware/software levels you need to have and minimum switch releases I believe. If you know what release your HFA phones are at you should try to get the release notes for that version and look at the compatability information.

hi don

thanks for the info. it will help us so much.

Openstage handsets for HFA and TDM were officially released with Hipath 4000 V4. They will work with V3, but Assistant won't (shouldn't) recognise them so you may see something odd when looking at key standards and button config.

We started out programming them as Optipoint and there was a cheat sheet that showed which buttons on the Optipoint (Advanced) showed up where on the OS40 and OS60. The T's were optipoint 500's I think, and the HFAs were 410 or 420 Advanced I think/
