Can someone please help me and explain How i can shift the WIN -AC license from a XP desktop to Win7 Desktop?

The license should not care what version of windows you have, and someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the licenses are serialized to the MAC address of the PC that you are using. If they are then you would need to have a new license file generated by Unify to support the new MAC address, but I really don't think it cares as long as your CLA/CLM says you have a license slot open when the software starts up on the new computer.

I know AC-Win / DS-Win V4 works on Windows 7 64 bit. Our switchboard uses it, albeit with an ISDX.

Don is correct that the licencing is tied to the MAC address. In our case our licence files are named by the MAC address of the machines.

I thought I remembered having to give them that info, but it was 3 years ago.... I know the OSCC is serialized to the MAC address, and so are the DSCXL2 processors, but couldn't remember that. The Openscape Personal Edition licenses are not - all that tracks is the maximum number of users you can have using it at once. Sometimes you can go into the advanced network settings and specify your own MAC address - I don't know if the software is smart enough to see around that or not.

ACWin IP needs the MAC addresses for licensing.
If migrating then you need to re-host the licence on the Unify License Server
