H3K / Expressions VM not going to VM from external callers

Hello,

My H3K V4 suddenly decided to drop calls from external callers instead of forwarding to voicemail on no answer. Internal forward is ok.

I've had the local Telco check the T1's and they say they get a disconnect from the switch.

Any ideas on what could be causing this or what I can check / do to solve this?

In the Incoming Calls> Forwarding> there is option below which has a Day, Night, Internal. Cheeck if this 3 option for the extension matches the line in the upper tab where the forwarding to voicemail is configured..
