H323 Trunks SNMP monitoring

Do you guys know on how can I monitor the H323 trunks like it will send SNMP traps when the call volume reaches 80% of trunk usage? Can this be configured on the Signalling server? We currently have Option 11 connected to Sig Server.
 
I don't think that it's possible...
SNMP trap messages are usually send on PBX alarms, not traffic related.
