H323 trunk between IPO & CM

Hi all,

I create a H323 trunk between 2 branches as usual ( AVAYA CM & IPO 500 V2 )
but I have a problem with H.323 trunk in transfer

Example :
Extn 400 in CM
Extn 300 & 301 in IPO

when I make a call from CM (Extn 400) to IPO (Extn 300), it's working fine without any problem,
but when I transfer the call from Extn 300 to Extn 301, Extn 400 can't hear Extn 301 and vice versa

but it's working fine in Co-line & Teluler

Can someone help me please & tell me where is the problem ?

It sounds like a Direct media Path/ IP routing problem.

you need to ensure that all IP Handsets have a valid IP route to the IP Handsets in the remote location (routing between the vlans)
