We have 5 sites connected on an MPLS network. All 5 offices are on a Small Community Network. We recently installed Video Conference equipment. During our first two weeks we found that all conferences were disconnected after 15 minutes and the log showed that H225 was disconnected. After much trouble shooting we decided to turn on H323 transformations on our Sonicwall and that seemed to fix the issue but caused another. Now our inter-office calls started to degrade until they stoped working completely. When we turn H323 transforamtions off the voice services came back. While talking to Tandberg, Adtran and Verizon about the issue it seemed there was a popular myth about "spoofing" the H225 to keep the port open but no one had first hand experience doing it so they had no details on how it was done.
Has anyone seen anything like this and can you help?
Thanks
