h323 sip converter

hi guys, we have this customer that wants his 3300 to connect to remote sites where he currently has deployed h323 gateways. we have thought of using sip on the 3300 side and convert it to h323 using some sort of converter.

the question is, do you know of any h323-sip converter? something from patton or other known vendor. We don´t fancy using an asterisk to do the conversion.

any ideas? regards
