H323 Remote phone through and Edgemarc router

Has anyone been able to get an H323 phone properly working through An Edgemarc 4550 or 4700 router? I have the phone currently registered and making calls however I am having an issue with no audio. This obviously would indicate that there is an issue with the RTP ports however I am not 100% sure how to handle it on this router. I have all of the RTP ports properly forwarded to the IPO just as 1719 and 1720 are. I am assuming that other voice features of the router are causing some sort of issue.

Can anyone offer any further guidance?

Make sure you have H.323 packet inspection turned off. Avaya does not seem to play well with it. We have found that the "cheaper" the router, the easier it is to get working. Good luck!!
 
Unfortunately it is proving to be a difficult task and I am unsure of why...

Try this NoUser source number:
REMOTE_H323=1800
Change the port forwarding from 1720 to 1800.
You do need to reboot the IPO after adding the source number.

No such luck. Have you registered these phones through an Edgemarc before, Peter?
 
Did you do the STUN server bit, or at least manually enter those details? :)

 
Yessir, the STUN is coming back as "blocking firewall" which isnt specifically mentioned in the docs so I figured it was in the clear so long as the proper ports are opened. I have tried to source number trick as well.

a. Select the Network Topology tab. Set the STUN Server IP Address to a known STUN server. Click OK. The Run STUN button should now be enabled. Click it and wait while the STUN process is run. The results discovered by the process will be indicated by ! icons next to the fields.
 
I did not use such a router.
But your STUN must work otherwise no audio at all.
