Hey guys,
I have a customer testing out the H323 Remote Phone feature, but they're intermittently getting no audio when grabbing a call appearance. I see in Monitor > Status > RTP Sessions that the remote phones are using the same RTP ports as the LAN IP phones. I changed the RTP port range in System > LAN2 > VOIP to be outside the range of normal RTP Port Number Range, but in RTP Sessions, the remote phones are still using the same ports as the LAN phones and I suspect that's why there's no audio.
Anyone have a similar issue?
Their setup is:
IP500v1 8.0(42)
LAN2 connected to Cable modem/router
IP route: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 GW being ISP's provided GW
STUN reports Full Cone NAT, correct Public IP, and I'm able to ping the interface from my office.
