H323 ports are idle unregistered?

Is there a way to force them to register from PBX, I've got remote access to PBX, not SS.

Let me clarify. H323 trunks on virtual loop. Can ping SS ip elan id from PBX. However if I stat trunks, they state Idle but are not registered. Network calls routing out PSTN instead of h323 route.
