If this is a remote site try utilizing all channels back to the Main.
If this is the Main site, I would divide the channels per site. You also can create ARS Tables with Overflow to help you if one Trunk Group gets full
I have redone the configs and can now specify how many channels I want. Is the number of channels that I specify here dependant upon a certain license or the number of channels is up to me to put whatever I want? This is to integrate with a third party PBX.
This is how it works:
You have a Voice Networking license, it gives you four outgoing simultanous calls. Incoming calls is only limited by the number of available VCM Channels.
On each H.323 trunk you can set the total number of channels (in & out) and outgoing channels.
Commonly the number of outgoing chnannels match the licensed channels and the number of incoming calls can be equal the total number of VCM channels.
