H323 line 0 created by itself after reboot 1

I've got a strange thing that keeps happening with an scn module.

Line 17 and 18 are working properly to the other scn units but one of the units after rebooting will automatically create an h323 line with no destination IP address and listed as line zero.

This starts happening every time it's rebooted and keeps adding additional h323 lines by itself.

Any suggestions

Me neither. The other units on this scn are just fine.
