Hi all,

I just upgradet a CS1000M SG rel. 4 to Rel 5.5 and a CS1000M to CS1000B with CCPM SS and CS, I've a MGC with a DB96 daugtherboard. The Gateways has been registerd at the NRS, however I'm not able to set up a call from the 1000B to the 1000M. The customer has digital phones only.
The VGW's are idle and registerd. MGC is also up and running.
Has anyone an idea?
When I set up a call using the ACOD I get a fast busy after the digits of the mainoffice, and I can not see anything on D-channel monitoring.

kind regards
Hosse

Have u entered your endpoint into the NRS?

Have entered routing entries into the nrs?

If you are not seeing it on the DCH monitor don't worry about the NRS its not getting that far. The phone you are using to dial the ACOD is it allowed usualy TGAR 0 on the phone allows this. Also the number you are dialling is it allowed in FCR for your NCOS if unsure for the testing make your phone UNR. Also check the TTY you are on does it have USER MTC aginst it, so you can see the DCH monitor. Also in LD 96 stat mon is MON TTY ON and MSGI/MSGO for your relevant DCH.
