H02 error problem 1

i am using hipath 4000 connected with gateways through ip.there are three gateways connected with mani control unit through ip,from many days i am getting problem of Ip phone down issue and loss of connectivity to main control unit with gateways.ip phones showing h02 error.what can be the isse

Log on to HiPath and do
STA-HISTA:SEARCH;
See what errors are showing.
It could be a network issue.

I have found that it generally means you have a data connection and got a DHCP address but the phone can't communicate with it's assigned gateway (STMI Board IP), or if you have a DLS server like I do it can generally mean the phone has not been able to contact the DLS to download it's profile (and hence its gateway settings).

Here is a list of error codes from the Wiki. D02 (data connection issue) and H02 are the most common errors I see, with a few others on occasion.

the problem was due to IP broadcasting sender was Ip phone to IP card of gateway.
