Presumably on a H323 QSIG trunk to CM, yes...
Though the only interop testing I can see on devconnect is via SIP
What's the call flow you're trying to accommodate? You'd want to get calls into CM, over H323 to your Enghouse thing, routed back to a CM phone, and just leave the audio up on CM but have a signaling channel open on the Enghouse for reporting?
