I've confirmed (w/ monitor) that we now get G.729a audio and it works and sounds great - using 3U telecom to terminate for long distance/international calls.
However, whenever a call is transferred or put on hold, we lose audio from the remote side. The IPO is behind a sonicwall TZ170 w/ transformations on and has been working great.
This didn't start happening until apparently 3U changed their equipment b/c now that g.729a works (we were getting g.723 before) we are having the hold/transfer problem.
Any thoughts?
