Wanted to post an update on this thread: thread940-1122488
We were able to figure out how to use H.323 trunks to do VoIP calling through the IPoffice. We are using 3U telecom (excellent rates, BTW) with prefix digits, and the IP office has a private address behind the Sonicwall. Call quality is OK b/c we're using G.723 but actually seems better when calling international destinations. We tried to use 729 but apparently the IPoffice doesn't use a variant of 729 that their cisco switch uses.
Once we got past the NAT/packet translation issue, it was easy! The sonicwall didn't like that the call setup was a different IP than the call media, but 3u allows us to send everything to one IP.
Next we'll be looking at using Skype as a long distance "provider" w/ analog trunks. :^)
