h.323 tie line locked up

We have a R10 to R7 H.323 tie line. On the R10 side all members are showing inservie/active.

This has been working for 6 months and just got into this state. Have tried to busy - release the sig group and trunk group at both ends. also tried a reset system 1.

Any thoughts appreciated
