I have two h.3232 IP phones that are configured as SIP phones in CM in order to have dual registration with Avaya B179 Conference phones that share the same extension and ring simultaneously. The two phones have stopped displaying the caller id when receiving inbound calls. The B179 is displaying the caller id. I have reset both extension and implemented a mute clear and the two phones are still not displaying the caller id.
