I'm using Groupwise 6 and Arcserve 9. Have anyone use the gwtsa agent for open files. If so, can you provide some feedback on installation and how it works? Thanks

Just run GWTSA on the server with the Groupwise system and Arcserve9 will take care of the rest.

When I load GWTSA is looking for me to setup some parameters. I'm not sure of what to add.

There is a gwtsa.ncf file that is created on install. You should be able to run that. The TSA just wants the paths to the post office directories and SMDR needs to be running as well. Look in sys:\system\gwtsa.ncf and I bet it's all already there for you.
Run the ncf file from the autoexec.ncf and once the TSA is running Arcserve or backup Exec will see a "groupwise system" (BUE) object that you can add to the backup job.
