System Info. Novell 4.2 Server. GroupWise 5.2. My GWPROB folder is 353MB with .BAD files dating back to 2000. Is there a setting somewhere that will automatically delete these if past a certain age? I have noticed a lot from this year where tons of mail has been trying to come in to a user who no longer is here or even has a mailbox. Thanks.

If you do not plan to regularly check the GWPROB directory for bad messages, then you can turn off the feature to copy bad message there. Check out TID 10060901. The TID says that it applies to GW 5.5, but it'll probably work for 5.2 too.

You can also try to resend the messages. Check out TID 10027111.

The Novell Knowledgebase is a great source of information. Place a checkmark in the "Groupware", "Technical Information (TID's)", and "Manuals" checkboxes.

The bad news: I'm not sure if GroupWise 5.2 is supported anymore.
The good news: Much of the information for other versions of GroupWise also applies to 5.2.

Have a star on me. Thanks again for your help. I normally exhaust all other avenues before posting questions but am having a really bad day today. I do apologize for taking advantage but you have been a huge help. Thanks.

Don't apologize. That's what tek-tips is for. If it wasn't me, it probably would have been someone else.

Thanks for the star.
