We are currently running GroupWise 5.5 and are trying to determine the size of the mailboxes in our single post office. I have the GWMBSize utility, referenced so often, but am having trouble with the output that it returns. Each time it is run against the log file containing the collected statistics, it appears to run correctly. Looking at the output files, though, shows that only a single mailbox has been counted and the size limit field contains garbage ASCII characters. No matter how many times statistics are collected, the same mailbox and the same size appear.

I have also tried a couple of other applications that use this log file and they all are having trouble with it. There are not too many options when asking GWCheck to collect statistics on a particular post office. We are running GW GWCheck ver. 5.2. I am hoping that someone may have experienced this type of issue before.

Thanks.

We are on GroupWise 5.2 and running the same version of GWCheck (5.2) and am having the same problem using the GWMBSize utility. If I manually look at the gwchk32.log file it does not show's the same info so I know that it is the GWCheck utility and not the GWMBSize utility that is producing this. If I run just the "Mailbox Statistics" option I get actual statics per user based on my selections but then the GWMBSize utility won't work on the log file. I too am currently researching this and will gladly share my results if and when I have any.
