G'wise webaccess prep

Hi,
We're prepping an MS 2k3 SE server for webaccess. I have a couple of questions that could benefit from other peoples experience.

Does webaccess sit happily with other sites in IIS?
(the tid i've read seems to suggest it only likes Default_first_ site we already have a live system in there)
Can we specify a different port for it to run on?

It's EASIEST if it's the default site, but it's not required. All of the documentation assumes you are using default site. Keep that in mind.
