How can I quickly find the number of outgoing and incoming emails for a specific period of time. Is there some type of reporting that can be run on the GWIA

Need to be able to find out emails sent/received within June for example. The console just seems to show you emails sent/received while the server has been up.

If you have the accounting file emailed to you daily, you could manually compile the data from the entire month (using Excel) and run a report to find the information you seek.

If you don't already, I'd recommend that you start having the accounting file sent to you. To do this in GroupWise 6.x, using ConsoleOne, view the properties of the GWIA object. Go to the "Gateway Administrators" page of the "GroupWise" tab. Add your account to the list (if it's not already). Select your account in the list and add a checkmark to "Accountant". Restart the GWIA.

Now, every night at midnight you'll get an email from the GWIA with an accounting file attached which will contain the day's activity. You'll also receive the file whenever the GWIA is restarted.
