GWIA not processing received msgs

I am running GroupWise 5.54 on a neware 4.11 box. My gwia gateway is running on a windows 2000 workstation box.

The Problem:

My gwia gateway Intermittently stops processing messages in the recieve folder. It continues to recieve msgs but does not process them until you restart GWIA.

I have tried increasing the recieve threads as indicated in one of the TID's (using NWADMIN) I found on the novell site but still stops processing. I looked in the GWIA.cfg file for reference to the changes but found none. Is there a switch for threads?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did this just start happening? Have you recently applied any SPs or updates?

Thanks for the suggestion Michigan. But I dont think that parameter applys to Netware 4.11. I tried to set it and it is not a valid parameter.
