GWIA Hangs

My Company is using Novell 4.11 with sp 8 and GW 5.5 EP running SP 2. Our system is running fine for 3 years and now we are experiencing gwia hang intermittently. we have to F7 and ldsmtp to restart the gwia to go back to production state. Can somebody help us?

Load NW4.x SP9 and GW5.5EP SP5

Come abck if the issue still occures after installing the current service packs.
