We recently upgraded our Groupwise sever and installed all the latest versions and service packs. In our upgrade we started using Gwava. The server is brand new. Our server was set up and installed by someone with years of experience in this field. During the installation I was told that Gwava had one flaw. It would sometimes lock up when it scanned an email that had certain types of viruses. Well Gwava has locked up Groupwise on us twice this week. I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem? We went with Gwava because of all the good things we heard about it. If this is an issue, what can be done about it? I am not finding much out about it online and I would really like to find a solution.

If it is a Gwava issue, you should call Gwava support for help. They have pretty good support.
