GW65 Printing to local printer increases page count at random

Have one user on a 50 node network that uses an HPLJ4+ printer attached to a local LPT port on the workstation.

At random (about 1 out of 5) emails she prints, the page count will display 2170 pages, even though the email is a single page.

I have changed the driver to most current, and tried LJ2 & 3 drivers as well. Using PCL5 print drivers. Running Win2k SP4 with the blaster fix installed.

This problem only comes up when printing from GroupWise. The client has been updated to SP1a
