A GW client has a couple of symptoms:
1) When trying to access any Sent Item, the error 8201 "can't access file" pops up.
2) It doesn't appear she can send or receive mail.
Client starts with no errors and existing mailbox items are accessible.
Of course, the user doesn't know what might have happened so any ideas on what is broke and how to fix it?
