GW6 Notify not working

Hi out there,

With one particular user (of 65) we cannot seem to get Notify to work. Can start the program, icon on systray but user is not notified by either sound or visual window. It DID work some time ago then NOT and the user didn't say anything until now so difficult to track down what may have changed. All settings in Notify seem to be normal.

Any ideas?

You may have already looked at this but, go to Tools | Options | Security | choose the Notify tab and add UserA to the Notification List and make sure "Subscribe to notification" is checked

Or right click on the Notify Icon located on the Windows 95 Tray, select Options In the box labeled "Select Folders To check For Notifications" select the user's MailBox, then select Apply and Close

You nailed it - I was working with the Notify icon but didn't think to look at the Groupwise Tools/Option area.
