GW6.5 - shared address book - New entry unavailable

User has full proxy access to account and full privileges to the shared address book. When she selects the shared address book in order to add new entries the New option is greyed out. I have had her removed from the shared address book and re-added, checked all the rights (they all seem correct) and have searched Novell for some insight into this problem. If anyone has a solution I would be very happy!

if the address book is shared then why is the user proxy'ing into and account

the whole point of a shared address book is that you open it from your mail.

I was only trying to stress that she has full rights to the account, both the shared address book and the account. She is not proxying to add to the address book, but I was checking all her rights in the "host" account.
