System Background:
NW6 SP5
GW6.5 SP3
This was an upgrade from Gw5.2
Used the "Bible" and update went well except for this one person.
Here is an example of the what is happening which I cut from the properties of a problem email:
Recipients
com.au.emf
amratj (Amrat Jeram)
com.au.hdesign
mail (Greg Hamilton)
emf.com.au
gcmail (Warren Barfett)
sunlandgroup.com.au
twoodfield CC (Terry Woodfield)
com.au.whowe
antonyv (Antony Vose)
Post Office Route
com.au.emf
com.au.hdesign
emf.com.au inet
sunlandgroup.com.au inet
com.au.whowe
As you can see the domain names are being transposed! The problem is random within this one user.
So far I have:
Deleted all frequent contacts
Deleted entire PAB and user is recreating it slowly
Deleted entire GW account and created a new one (new fid etc)
un-installed Gw6.5 client
Run GW5.x client cleanup tool
Re-installed GW6.5 client
Still no luck at all, Problem is random and driving me mad.
Problem only appears to be with the PAB only.
User has problems with some entries in PAB not being recognised by auto-complete and having to go into the PAB to select them.
Problem does not show up before sending, only via "undeliverable" email sometime later.
I am away from office for next 3 days so wiull reply as soon as I am back
