GW6.5- Name completion feature 1

GW6.5 - this is a dumb question but I have just spent an hour trying to figure out how to change the Name Completion from Last Name to First Name (or vice versa). I have a user who can only use the name completion search on the first names and he would prefer it work on the last names and do you think I can figure out where to change that? I have been browsing the novell tids and cool solutions but the answer still eludes me (as well as banging through all the menus in GroupWise). I know it is something simple so I would appreciate it if someone could send me the answer to this annoying question!!! Thanks so much.

In the GroupWise client, open the address book. Click File > Name Completion Search Order... and choose the appropriate address books to search. Next Click View > Name Format... and choose the appropriate options.

That should do it.

I had tried that but discovered it works if, after you make the changes you close GroupWise and restart. Thanks for the prompt reply!!
