GW6.5 - Moved user showing up in old and new pos

Moved a user from one post office to another, same domain. Move was initiated on a Friday (user away for the weekend), account about 35MB (not excessively huge). It has been two weeks now and the account still shows up in both post offices in the address book. Looks fine in console one and indicates move has completed. When people send email to this user they get a d011 error. I have synchronized, tried a number of things but nothing has worked so far. Couldn't find anything useful on the Novell site. Please help!!
 
have you checked in the move user status
and then try to reinitate the move or finish it
i prefer to be connected to the primary domain when doing this

connect to each domain and check all status's
he'll be their somewhere
 
Not sure where to check the user mover status. Have checked pending moves, nothing showing in console one. I think there is something I can view in the MTA but I haven't been able to find it yet.
