I hope the following makes sense to someone (it sure has me stumped).
Fairly knowledgeable user with laptop uses GWise 6.5 normally in caching mode and has not had a problem. He also uses profiles when logging in. On Sunday a Microsoft update was installed on his workstation. Now when he sends email to a distribution list the email is sent to everybody in the company (which is not good when sending confidential material). He doesn't have duplicate groups in his Frequent Contacts or in his PAB. The groups themselves are fine (I am the GW administrator and the groups are the same as they ever were). He is also getting a "verification s/mime component failed" error.
Tried reinstalling client, that didn't work. Tried reinstalling wms piece, that didn't work. He doesn't recall what the Microsoft update was for.
Any ideas/thoughts? I'm stymied!!
