Good Afternoon,
We have a a user (Pat) who sends mail to another user (Cindy). If Pat sends mail to just Cindy, no other users, it gets to Cindy fine. However, if Pat CC's Cindy on an email being sent to anyone else, Cindy does not receive it. Additionally, when Pat pulls several names from the GW Address Book (not Frequent Contacts), including Cindy, the mail is received by everyone *except Cindy.*
Pat's Frequent Contacts have been cleared as a precaution.
Has anyone ever seen this problem before? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
