GW5.2 Cabinet Folders

Hi,

We have a user who has left approx 1 month ago. Did the usual and set an auto reply advising all incoming email senders of new contact details. Set proxy access for another staff member to check what work related emails need saving.

They have just informed me that they would like a complete folder tranferred from the user who'd left's cabinet to their own cabinet as there are to many email relating to 1 job to forward 1 by 1.

Is it possible to do this and how?

Hi Ben,

There is a way to do this by archiving the source users mail and then taking a look at Niovell TID 10012347.

You will have to check the steps a bit to make it fit to your needs, but I think it will do the trick.
