GW Top to Bottom Manitenance

I am thinking of completing a top - bottom Maintenance rebuild of GW 5.5 (5.5.4 on clients). Has anyone had any experience of this?

It's just that the GW server has abended on a number of occasions in the last few months, and I have read a Novell tid saying that a top-bottom Maintenace needs to be run every 6 weeks in a dynamic tree.

I have heard that this could cause more problems than it's worth!

Can anyone help me.

We just upgraded 5.2 to 5.5 and have some pending operation issues with the 5.5. Go Novell Notwareable.
