GW rules to forward all internet mail

I have had a request from a user, she wants to set up a rule which will forward all internet mail that comes into her account to another user.

I've tried it with Internet charset body and then specifying the gateway name which it shows in the message properties, but no luck.

We are using GW5.2

Any ideas
