GW Remote - Receiving Files

When I start receiving mail etc on my laptop, during the processing part I get multiple windows informing me that, "The master system could not match your domain or post office names". I then receive whatever I was retrieving. To me that means that it could match the names, but obviously somethings not right.
Any ideas?
