GW client error 850e on startup

Steps taken:
1. Client uninstalled/reinstalled. Still getting error (for both 6.54 and 7.0 rev 7);
2. Searched knowledgebase, documentation, google - no sign of this error;
3. Posted to Novell newgroup - no response as yet;
4. Searched post office logs and found no reference to this error.

This does not seem to be affecting the operation of his groupwise but he is getting quite annoyed by the error.

Any thoughts?

I would run GWCHECK against the post office / user database as a start. May be some corruptioin in the users' database.
