I have a user that received an email that was formatted in html. When he first opened it, he could read it without problems. Then he went to check his calendar and tried to go back to the message. When he double clicked on the message, it would come up for a split second and then disappear. The only way to bring up the message was to click on window and select the message. When I did that, the box containing the email was all screwed up. The background, which is normally gray, was white and the text of the email was part of the background of the box.
I restarted GroupWise and was able to get the message. However, according to the user, this has happened several times. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this? Has anyone else experienced this?
