For the past 3+ month, my technical guys along with Novell have been trying to resolve a problem that some of our users are experiencing when posting an appoinment. The problem is when a appointment is posted in Multi-user view, the posted appointment is not visible in the regular week view and other views, causing staff to miss meetings. When a user notices the meissing meeting, they post another appointment in their week view thus creating a dual entry in multiuser view only. We and Novell are stumped. They have tried rebuilding the users db to no avail. They have tried copying the users db files to an offline test system and were not able to duplicate the problem off line. THis leads me to believe that it is not a user db problem but something else. Anyone ever see this problem before??

No, unfortunately, I wish it were this simple.

I am in the same boat. I have looked in a lot of newsgroups and have not been able to find any information about this issue. It seems to happen the most when the user using multi-user view has to reschedule appointments. The appointment will show up fine on the individual calendar, but will not change in multi-user view. The F5 or refresh doesn't fix the issue. The user will also open multi-user view for future appointments and somtimes the calendars will be blank a couple of weeks out, even though they have a lot of appointments scheduled for those days on their individual calendar. I called Sento and I am still working on a case with them, but the issue has not been resolved as of yet. So all in all this post of mine is kind of useless, but it does prove that you are not the only one experiencing the problem. I will definitely post the solution if I ever find it.

Has anyone heard of a solution to this issue? We are experiencing same problem with conference rooms and since there are three individuals that are able to add the appointments, it has become a problem. They rely on multi-user to manage 5-6 calendars and have recently found discrepancies in what is posted.
