Hi
I want to be able to auto-archive all users' mail to a directory which is defined by the user name, and is not the users' home directory.
I set all users to auto-archive after 90 days, then I tried to set up (in Console one, domain client options) an archive directory parameter of
S:\ARCHIVE\%LOGIN_NAME
but all this does is create a directory within S:\ARCHIVE called %LOGIN_NAME
I have seen that the archive folder name contains the user id string, but it would be very useful to organise these folders by something a little more user friendly such as the users' login name.
What is the correct syntax to use so that Groupwise will create directories with the appropriate user name?
Many thanks for your help
