GW 7.0.1 Default Attachment Location

Hi,

We have a number of users, that are always being defaulted to a specific folder everytime they try to attach a file in an email using the Attach button. It doesn't seem to hold the folder location of the last file they attached to an email. I have been able to resolve the issue by re-creating their local windows profile, however this isn't the most ideal solution as alot of their personal prefs for MS Word, etc have to be re-configured. Any help on this issue would be great. Thanks.

That's an option you set at the GroupWise Client itself.. Tools --> Options --> Environment --> File Locations --> "Save, Check Out"..

Put in the path you want there and it will default there when saving attachments. You shouldn't have to mess with your profiles at all.
